A German Meat Festival in the heart of Melbourne
Roasted, fried, seared and skewered! This Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend Hophaus are hosting their very first SausageFest to celebrate the Wurst (and all other cuts meat).
Join the all you can eat meat feast with a selection of German Tap Biers and Wine for only $60 per person.
Feast on mini Bratwurst & Kransky sausages served canapé style in buns, lamb and chicken skewers, pulled pork buns, beef sliders, Bitterballen and lamb ribs. Stop by the many food stations with Hophaus’ Rotisserie Carvery of Lamb Shoulder, Beef Rump, Chicken, Suckling Pork and save some room for the Sausage Station and Salad Bar.
