Fratelli Fresh has created The Lobster, which boasts a whole steamed lobster, brushed with garlic butter, sitting atop rich Fior di Latte that is accentuated with garlic and parsley. A combination of two gastronomic classics, lobster and pizza, it’s a little bit of luxury, a little bit of comfort and a whole lot of awesome.
The Lobster ($59) headlines a new range of Speciale Pizzas, which are loaded with superb ingredients and available at all seven Fratelli Fresh restaurants in Alexandria, Bridge Street, Crows Nest, Entertainment Quarter, Macquarie Street, Westfield Sydney and Walsh Bay from Thursday, 1 March.
Other Speciale Pizzas include:
Burrata & Bresaola: this premium duo share a tomato base alongside Buffalo Mozzarella, marinated leeks, porcini mushroom and a drizzle of truffle oil ($32)
Popeye: boasting a white cream base, Pecorino, marinated spinach, fresh peas, chilli and Burrata, as well as a sprinkling of lemon dust, black pepper and shaved garlic ($30).
Pork & Fennel Meatball: these tasty, meaty morsels are scattered over a white cream base alongside Parmesan, chilli, Fior di Latte, Parma ham and fresh basil ($29).
Willy’s Nduja Sausage: named after Fratelli Fresh Head Piazolli, William Baffoni and showcasing Calabrian Nduja sausage, Buffalo Mozzarella, caramelised onions, Gorgonzola and fresh basil on a tomato base ($28).
Garlic Prawn: heroing Spencer Gulf prawns, which are paired with oven-roasted tomato, red onion, garlic and parsley ($29).
Diners who order five speciality pizzas by between Thursday, 1 March and Monday, 30 April will go into a draw win a trip to Naples, Italy – the pizza capital of the world.
Director of Food and Beverage John Sullivan, said the new pizzas featured premium ingredients and showcased the craftsmanship of Fratelli Fresh expert piazollos.
“Our new pizzas feature high-quality ingredients from local suppliers, including Vanella Cheese and Pinos’ Dolce Vita Fine Foods,” Mr Sullivan said.
“Our piazollos have also perfected a Neapolitan crust with a thin layer of crispness, an airy, moist interior and good stretch, which is the perfect base for such premium produce.”
Lobster also headlines a new range of dishes including lobster roll with Parmesan fries ($29); lobster spaghetti with tomatoes, basil and chilli ($38); and lobster salad with avocado, orange and rocket ($27).
Diners can also enjoy their favourite Fratelli pizzas and dishes at home with delivery partners Deliveroo and UberEats – fratellifresh.com.au/delivery/.
Fratelli Fresh also offers ‘all you can eat pizza’ for $20pp from its Classic pizza range every Monday at Macquarie Street and the Entertainment Quarter (all day) and Alexandria (from 5pm).
Choose from pizzas including the Margherita, Diavola, Quattro Formaggio and Capricciosa.
