Hi my name is Kirsty Hine and as the editor of The
Australia Times Garden Magazine I aim to provide
you with the latest gardening trends, new releases
and expert advice from local horticulturalists.
We invite your feedback so we can build a
community of gardening enthusiasts!
I’m originally from rural New Zealand where I
pursued a degree at Massey University in Applied
Science majoring in Landscape Management and
Design. On completion of my degree I spent time
working for the New Plymouth District Council and
then Big Jims Garden Centre (Garden Centre of the
Year 2010 – 2011).
Following this I moved across the ditch, where to
date I work for the Univex Group assisting many
garden centres install and implement systems,
build newsletters circulations and grow their
online presence. And now I run my own online
garden centre in New Zealand called Grow It.
