Easy Sometimes you just want to bake something but can’t


be bothered with the hassle of many ingredients
Choc Chip and precision. That’s when these choc chip cookies
come in handy.

Cookies One of the easiest recipes with simple ingredients
and little effort, they soon come together if you
have unexpected guests. My mum used to make
them for her cafe and the customers loved them.

Add any type of choc chip you like or even fruit or
nuts. Just beware that the batter is so buttery and
delicious that they might not make it into the oven.

Ingredients:





226g (½ lbs) Butter

3 cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Boiling Water

Vanilla Essence
Choc Chips

Method:





Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the sugar in the boiling
water and add a splash of vanilla essence. Meanwhile rub the
butter into the flour to form a crumbly mixture. Once the sugar
mixture has cooled, combine it with the flour to form a batter.
Be sure not to make it too wet, it should just bind together. Mix
in some choc chips then roll in loose balls and spread out on
a tray. Bake in the over for approx 15-20mins until golden.
