We can’t believe it’s that time of year again! The Spring Carnival season has officially arrived with the annual Myer Spring Fashion Lunch held yesterday and it was fancy as usual. Decked in glamour racewear, more than 700 guests flocked to Flemington’s Atrium for the first taste of spring carnival fashion this year. Headlined by the ever so beautiful, Myer Ambassador Kris Smith, Channel Seven’s Samantha Armytage and Mark Beretta hosted the luncheons proceedings. The one and only Alex Perry and milliner Nerida Winter shared their expert spring racewear tips while Myer Fashions on the Field Ambassador, Rebecca Panozza, debuted her official role guiding guests through racewear trends by Myer. The lunch wouldn’t be complete without entertainment and Channel 7’s The X Factor contestants, Rochelle Pitt and Reigan Derry, and the boys from Swing on This, had guests swaying in their seats.

The event also launched the official #MyerFOTF Spring Instagram competition, where ladies and gents participate by uploading a photo of themselves in their best racewear, vying for the ultimate prize of a VIP Crown Oaks Day experience for them and a friend, two nights’ accommodation at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, private transfers, flights for two if the winner is interstate and a $500 Myer Shopping Spree!
