The cricket world is in mourning today after Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes tragically passed. Just 2 days ago, Hughes was 63 not out and playing for a spot in the Australian cricket team after being shortlisted to take Michael Clarke’s position.
Hughes was a talented 25 year old, and holds the record for the youngest man ever to score two centuries in a test match, a feat he achieved against South Africa in 2009.
The TAT Sport team’s thoughts are with his family, friends, and fans in this rough time; and also with Sean Abbott, the luckless young bowler whose world has flipped upside down after his bowl resulted in the freak accident.
