Australian Jason Day has soared the top of golf’s word rankings with victory at the BWM Championships.
Day’s 4th win from 6 starts saw the 27-year-old become just the third Australian, after Greg Norman and Adam Scott, to hold the No. 1 ranking.
The Aussie took to Twitter this morning to share his joy at realising his childhood dream.
“How sweet it is,” he said, before thanking his team and those involved in running the tournament.
“#WorldNo1 Been amazing ride! Onward to more!”
We’ll have more on Jason Day’s incredible rise to the top in this month’s TAT Sport magazine.
