SipaBoards, the company that designed the world’s first electric SUP has launched a new Kickstarter campaign, this time introducing the super simple self-inflatable.

The brand-new SipaBoards AIR stand up paddleboard is the most easy-to-pump  inflatable ever. The fully integrated pump ensures that the SUP is inflated to a perfect pressure in less than 5 minutes, all at the touch of the magnetic switch. Electric compressor is run by a removable battery that will inflate the board three times with one charge. In words of its founder Sebastjan Sitar “this highly advanced SUP was designed to get paddleboarders on the water more quickly, more easily and more often.”

The new SipaBoards Air product line comes in 3 board shapes, namely the All Rounder, a great board for the whole family, the Cruiser, ideal for longer paddleboarding trips, and the Balance (yoga) model, for tons of stability and serenity on the water. The sleek and smart design provides users with the absolute best paddling experience.

 

The design team led by Jaro Jelovac who, also works with ski manufacturers Elan and Fischer, has already picked up a prestigious Red Dot Award 2015, taking the honors in the competition’s highest category – the Best of the Best. This year, SipaBoards received honors by becoming ISPO Brand New Award finalist.
