There will be plenty of experience on hand when it comes to the pairing of wines with Cantonese food, including dumplings. Jade Temple Head Sommelier, Gary Armstrong, is the man in the know … and can discuss the specifics of Riesling pairings, including the Kabinett and Spätlese styles, as well as other possible wine matches.
