Another Holy Duck! for Sydney
Get ready to go quackers – Holy Duck!, Kensington Street’s go-to eatery for fresh fusion eats, are bringing their mouth-watering magic to Castlecrag. With a funky new location at the Quadrangle Shopping Village, Holy Duck! will serve up the best of modern Chinese cuisine with all the atmosphere of a local family restaurant.
Celebrating prosperity, success and good times takes centre stage, with a brand new menu perfect for sharing. The mouth-watering new offerings will include a delicious range of dim sum, BBQ and roasted meats, alongside the dishes you already know and love – the speciality house duck, contemporary Chinese delights, and next-level desserts.
The modernised dim sum classics are made to share, including the prawn har gau with prawn and water bamboo; steamed duck and pork dumplings drizzled with Shanghainese spicy sauce; crispy fried crab and pork dumplings, with sweet chilli dipping sauce; and Holy Duck!’s entry in the shao long bao game.
Round up the family and settle in for a long lunch with pork san choi bao with yellow pickle, chilli, basil and crispies; chargrilled Australian XL Tiger prawns with green garlic butter; and drunken fish fillet with green peas and wood ear mushrooms simmered in a delicate sake kasu gravy.
Dinner feasts are sorted too with 16-hour slow-cooked sweet and sour sticky pork ribs, tossed in a finger-licking sweet and sour sauce; chargrilled whole calamari stuffed with pork and vegetable, black pepper, and drizzled with Sichuan and green shallot oil; or go all out with the Holy Duck! speciality platter with roast duck, BBQ char siu and roast pork belly.
