Rockpool Dining Group Chief Executive Officer Thomas Pash said there was a lot of buzz in the Hills district for The Bavarian’s impending arrival.

“We’re bringing an unbeatable menu of big meals, deals and flavours to Rouse Hill,” Mr Pash said. “Our menu is bolstered with 17 draught beers, some that we import from Bavaria and others that are brewed here and supplied by our brewing arm, Urban Craft Brewing Co, so it’s a very unique offering in the area.”

A range of lighter bites, including salted pretzels, chicken wings, haus-made pickles and dips, spicy squid and healthy build-your-own salads and wraps, offers something for all different tastes.
