Johnny Di Francesco’s 400 Gradi restaurant has thrown its support behind >#CookForSyria campaign, creating a delicious Syrian inspired pizza.
Available throughout June, 400 Gradi will be donating $5 from each sale of the limited edition Laham Bajine Pizza to the initiative.
>#CookForSyria is a month long campaign in aid of UNICEF Australia’s Syria Crisis Appeal for Children, which encourages chefs, restaurateurs, cafés and bakers around Australia to put a Syrian inspired twist on a signature dish, or create something completely new – and 400 Gradi has done just that!
In-keeping with Gradi’s famous Italian dishes, the Laham Bajine Pizza oozes with tasty flavours and details on how you can play your part in supporting such an amazing cause, are as follows:
