Saké Double Bay offers free-flowing Dom Pérignon at Australia’s most opulent Champagne lunch, from Saturday 26th August.
Saké Restaurant & Bar Double Bay is dialling up the decadence with free-flowing Dom Pérignon,
where from Saturday, 26 August, guests can indulge in a carefully curated lunch menu ($75pp) every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm.
Guests can fizz things up with a two-hour Champagne package, during which time the finest of bubbles will be free-flowing. That’s right: empty flutes will be frequently refreshed.
The premium Dom Pérignon package costs an additional $299pp, or enjoy Veuve Cliquot for an additional $99pp.
Lunch menu comprises:
Selection of sashimi (6 pieces)
Chawanmushi – steamed egg custard & sea urchin
Prawn spring roll
Miso caramelised Glacier 51 Toothfish skewers
House salad
Chef’s selection of nigiri
Clam miso soup
Selection of bite size desserts
yuzu tart | chocolate sesame choux | miso vanilla brulee
Lunch guests can opt for an à la carte food menu, instead with a minimum $75pp spend.
