CHEFS GALLERY SERVES UP DOG FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR

You read that right, but don’t fly off the leash just yet!
Chefs Gallery is celebrating the Year of the Dog by adding dog to the menu… hot dogs, that is! Available only from 12 – 25 February, the Sichuan Hot Dog is the perfect dish to kick off the Lunar New Year with a bark and a bite with friends and family.
With a succulent chicken sausage nestled in a milky soft bun, the hot dogs swap out the classic chilli con carne for a contemporary mapo tofu with silky bean curd, juicy mince, and a spicy Sichuan drizzle. Available for $8 for two, at Chefs Gallery restaurants in Town Hall, Macquarie Centre, Parramatta and Hurstville, they’re sure to leave you howling for more.
