Sydney’s Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter

Spring has finally found its way into our spirits as well as the kitchens of some of Sydney’s most coveted restaurants, including Fratelli Fresh, who recently introduced their new spring menu sure to satisfy your pasta cravings during the warmer months. Along with several popular classics, Fratelli’s chefs have thought up some new, mouth-watering dishes, set to pair perfectly with a glass of Italian wine and a knockout sunset. Fratelli Brand Head Chef, Gabor Denes, says the idea is ‘to go back to the essence of Italian dining by creating lighter dishes with maximum flavour by using fewer, handpicked ingredients’.
A recent addition to the Rockpool Dining Group’s stable of restaurants, the Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park is a superb location for a relaxed dining experience. As the group’s largest restaurant to date, it offers a generous indoor and outdoor dining space for up to 300 guests – and even your pooch! The spacious beer garden is the ideal al fresco spot for friends and family to savour some of their favourite dishes. Beer lovers take note, Fratelli has a large range on offer including ‘eight Italian craft beers on tap’.
To start your meal like a true Italian, order antipasti for the table. At Fratelli Fresh, the shared platter of creamy burrata, flavoursome cured meats, mixed olives, a light Caprese salad and warm focaccia will kick off your dinner service with a burst of flavours that will set you right for mains. New dishes in this category might have you deciding between the rustic prawn and garlic pizza, spaghettini with crab, dressed in chilli and parsley or the exceptional ricotta ravioli in burnt butter, sage and pine nuts. Fratelli Fresh’s homemade gelato will complete your Italian experience. Choose between hazelnut salted caramel, yoghurt amarena, mango and passionfruit, coffee, chocolate crunch or strawberry – or go for multiples.
