Dandenong Market will host its seventh annual Dandenong World Fare on Sunday 25 March as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival program.
Dandenong World Fair will capture the 150-plus nationalities from the City of Greater Dandenong region on a plate, with dishes from Argentina, Tibet, China, Cambodia through to Belgium and more.
This year is expected to be Dandenong Market’s biggest World Fare yet, with over 51 food trucks and street stalls transforming the market into a pop-up food bazaar with live music, dancing and plenty of free kids activities.
Dandenong Market is celebrating everything magical and extraordinary with a unicorn party!
On Sunday 19 November, you can ride a unicorn, or become a unicorn with unicorn face paint or makeup, and mane makeovers!
Plus make your own unicorn horn and other fun unicorn craft.
On the day, our traders will be selling limited edition rainbow-tastic unicorn foods including unicorn burritos, cupcakes, churros, crepes, popcorn, dumplings and more!
Plus we have an amazing range of fun unicorn products from deluxe unicorn horns, plushies, jewellery and more!

The AFL’s free Footy Festival brings together the best of Melbourne’s food with ‘Taste of Football’ food trucks and pop-ups, music, kids activities, and of course, footy in a four day celebration! Wednesday 27th September until Toyota AFL Grand Final Day, Saturday 30th September.
Located at Yarra Park, outside Gate 3 of the MCG, the festival will be packed full of some of Melbourne’s favourite food trucks, Australia’s first UberEATS restaurant, pop-up bars, local DJs and plenty of activities for the kids. Culminating in a live broadcast of the Grand Final on the big screen, this has to the best place to get amongst the action outside the MCG.
Members of the public are encouraged to buy a Premiership Cup Pin from the Ladder (with support of Public Transport Victoria (PTV)) stall, with all sale proceeds supporting Ladder’s work tackling youth homelessness.

TOYOTA AFL GRAND FINAL LIVE SITE
The entertainment hotspot and the heart of the Footy Festival site, the Toyota AFL Grand Final Live Site will host free activities for the whole family including interactive displays, prize giveaways and the chance to meet the players.
From Wednesday to Friday, past AFL matches will be shown on the Big Screen, along with award-winning AFL360, the ever-entertaining Bounce and the 2017 Toyota AFL.

On Grand Final Day itself, things will really heat up. The atmosphere is sure to be electric when the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final and pre-match entertainment is broadcast live from the festival’s Big Screen. Fans will be able to hear the crowd roar, and join in, from their seat on the Yarra Park lawn. This is the place to head for anyone who doesn’t have tickets to the match.
Mark your diaries because the 2nd annual East Malvern Food & Wine Festival returns to East Malvern’s picturesque Central Park on Sunday19 November 2017, from 10:30am to 5:30pm!

The biggest collection of Gluten Free food providers, gluten free food trucks, experts and celebrity chefs will gather at Rosehill Gardens on August 5th and 6th for the Gluten Free Expo.
This event is $18 entry and there’s a goodie bag for the first 2500 people through the door each day!
The Expo offers a great opportunity to discover, taste and buy everything that’s new in gluten free foods as well as pick up a bargain with many show specials.
With gluten free beer and burgers to granola and delicious pasta options, there will be options for every gluten-free craving.
There will be cooking demonstrations on the Coles stage and a dedicated education stage where visitors to the Expo can find out what’s new, with expert dietitians and medical practitioners sharing the latest developments in diet, coeliac disease management and research.
There will also be a number of chefs on the Coles stage, including Masterchef contestants, cooking up some delicious gluten-free dishes.
